Mitchell Santee is a talented owner-operator and chef who has always been passionate about the restaurant business. His journey began in Seattle, WA, where he got his first job in a restaurant at age 15. Since then, he has never looked back and has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft. After moving to Boca Raton, FL, he worked for a top-notch pizzeria where he learned how to create the perfect pizza using only the best quality ingredients. His love for pizza took him all the way to Italy, where he spent three months researching different styles and techniques for making pizzas. After returning to the U.S., Mitchell moved to Denver, CO, where he fulfilled his dream of opening his own pizzeria. Mitchell's dedication to his craft is evident in every aspect of his restaurant, from the quality of the ingredients to the attention to detail in every dish. He's always willing to go the extra mile to make his customers happy and is beloved by the downtown Denver community. Mitchell recently tied the knot with his beautiful bride, Lexie, at the Stanley Hotel in Estes Park, a testament to his commitment to excellence in all aspects of his life
